I ordered an Inspiron 1720 and I didn't receive an OEM Vista disk with it so I could do a clean install. I contacted Dell about this, and they sent me a disk labeled "Operating System: Already installed on your computer" Reinstallation DVD of Windows Vista Business." It's a Dell disk. Is this the actual OEM disk that I could use to do a reinstall? Or would this disk give me a reinstall + bloatware and all. Thank you in advance.

That disk is an OEM Vista disk. It shouldn't give you any of the bloatware.

I confirm. I've used it to clean install Vista again. It's perfect :)
