    Hi
    I changed my memory from 2x256 DDR2 553 to one 2GB DDR2 667. But in my bios is still showing me that I am in dual channel mode. How i can change it to single channel mode. I am with Dell Inspirion 640m with bios version A09.

    I don't think you can. Why would you want to though? Dual channel is double the throughput...

    Because now I am with one 2GB ram module not with two.
