    Hi, everyone.
I have a friend who's coming to US for a few months. I want to buy notebook from Dell outlet and ship to his address in US with my Virtual card.
Does Dell outlet accept international card with billing address outside US? Anyone successful in buying from Dell outlet with non US card?
    Thank you very much.

I purchase a lot of stuff from the US while living abroad. Your best bet would be to call and ask them about it.

There has been times where I had to photocopy the credit card (back for signature), picture ID w/ signature (to see that it matches) and the most current bank statement and fax it to them.

If they say that they can't, then suggest doing the above. A lot of times placed worked with me afterwards.
