    This is what I ordered:

    1GB, DDR2, 667MHz 2 Dimm
256MB Ge Force 7300 Graphics card TurboCache

But after I used HWiNFO 32 to test my hardware, it shows:

System memory speed is 333Mhz (PC5300), But PC5300 should be 667MHz, am I right?
Also, the memory size shown for my graphic card is 128MB...it should be 256MB....am I wrong or DELL gave me a incorrect configuration?

    Thanks!

DDR stands for Double Data Rate. That means that the memory can achieve a frequency twice that of its actual frequency. So, its actual frequency is 333.3[Recurring] MHz, but when multiplyed by 2 it gives the value of 666.6[Recurring] (667) MHz.

I think the Go 7300 shares 128 MB of its graphics RA< with syste, RAM. So in total its 256 MB (128 + 128).
