This static read-only archive was pulled by NBR forum users between January 20 and January 31, 2022, in an effort to make sure that the valuable technical information that had been posted on the forums is preserved. For current discussions, many NBR forum users moved over to NotebookTalk.net after the shutdown.

    If I ordered my XPS on July 13 and receive it on July 30. Will I have 21 days from the day I ordered it or receive it? Thanks

    It's basically 30 days from the invoice date, and 21 days from the day you get it, they say 21 days because when you bought the computer there will be around one week for you to have the computer so that leaves you with 21 days.
