I never used that laptop, because i'm in hospital, and i can't get to usa :/ ( when my family ordered it for me i was sure that i will be in usa in two weeks, then i broke left knee ). My family only checked that laptop is booting.

Is possible of returnig it ?

I would try and explain your situation to Dell, but I doubt they'll take the notebook back, especially since it has been opened and used.

I doubt you can either, but it never hurts to try. You can call dell up and explain the situation to them. Couldn't you just have your family ship the notebook to you?

Unfortunately, in my experience, that 21 day period seems to be almost set in stone. I'm sure there are some exceptions (I was assured of some but could not get a straight answer) so it might be worth looking into. Dealing with their customer support can be vexxing...I should warn you :)

You could return it, but they will probably make you pay a 15% restocking fee and shipping back to them. You have to weight whether or not the cost is worth it to you.

You're really better off trying to sell it, especially if you got a good deal. 15%is a lot of money to lose, even if it were in a 21 day window.

I used the Jedi Mind trick.

"What I can't exchange my system? It's beyond the 21 day window? You will take this one back", I said while I waved my hand over the receiver.
"I will take this one back."
"You will rebuild a new one with the NVIDIA card", I whispered.
"I will rebuild a new one with the NVIDIA card."
"You will pay for return shipping for the old one", I commanded.
"I will pay shipping for the old one. Please wait while I get your RMA."
"Thank you", I said as I put my Lightsabre away....
"Thank you for shopping with Dell."
