I was on a website doing research and when i clicked on it on google, it said that the website was hacked by turk-f. Does that mean I was hacked and may have a virus or that just the website was hacked.

It means the website was "hacked". Has absolutely nothing to do with your computer.

Then post your question only in this Dell forum, not the Off Topic forum as well.

Stop grilling the guy, he's obviously new here and doesn't know much about computers. Of course he shouldn't double post, but come on, thats what we have mods for (cleanup).

If no one ever complains he'll never learn...

MODs aren't some kind of worthless group of people. Just like in the "real" world... You shouldn't throw garbage on the floor only to reply, "Someone will clean it up".

I didn't say nor imply that, I merely tried to prevent a desperate user seeking help from being turned away by rule-abiding maniacs. He's had his mistake pointed out to him once, there is absolutely no reason to keep on throwing dirt after that. (unless he continues)
