    Hi guys,

I just received my E1505 today. So far, I'm pretty pleased with it, but I do have one little problem that I immediately noticed. One of the little white bumpers on the top of the screen was not aligned properly with its corresponding hole, and this is causing the lid to not lock completely when closed. I would really hate to have to return the computer due to this small defect. So... has anyone tried removing one of these things and re-gluing it in its proper spot? If so, what's the best way to remove it without damaging anything?

    Thanks!

Really...I don't know about the whole thing on returning it. But I would call Dell and tell them about it. Since it does affect how the notebook closes. If you don't want the hassle of going without a computer, speak to a manager. In most cases if you tell them you need the computer, they will ship out the new one and have pre-paid postage for you to return the old one.

I know a couple of people that have done it this way. :p

    Hope this helps!
