    Hey there guys,

I noticed that in the options for the m1330 there is no option for the finger print reader on the NZ website, yet some of you guys in your order details have "finger print reader". How did you get them? Will they come standard with the XPS Laptop or did you ask for them extra.

I just ordered my Laptop its already in the air and arriving in NZ soon, Im not sure if it has the finger print reader or not.

Is there anyway to upgrade to the palmrest with finger print reader?

    Thanks!

From what I have seen, as i look on the dell.com.au website week to week, and information I have gathered from surfing sites like this.

if you do not see it on the build site for this week, it might be due to availablity so they have disabled it for that week.

So what that means, that by the following week if avaiablity is good, they might add it as an option.

I have come to this conclusion as from week to week, the finger print scanner is an option some weeks and others not, some times LED screens are an option sometimes it comes standard and sometimes no option at all.

So suggest maybe wait till following week, or give the Dell a call to see if you can have it added it by a represenative.

My laptop will arrive probably tomorrow or the next day, would Dell add it later for me as I understand it is the whole palm rest which would be quite a bit of the Laptop and not a small part??
