    1. Were you satisfied?
    2. is the computer still running well?
    3. How long from when you PLACED the order did it take you to get a tracking number aka how long till dell got it to ups/fedex etc.

    i am on my practically perfect refurbished laptop from dell. I am 100% satisfied by the price and quality. I wouldnt even think it was ever used but i guess it was used somewhere down the line..........or was it? I saved about $400 from the regular retail price. I got it about a week after ordering...maybe 3 days for shipping included. Do not fear DELL is here!

    2. Been only a couple of weeks, but yep
    3. Ordered on Sun, came in on Wed, but I live about 3 hours away from Round Rock. I will say their online status sucks as it was delivered before I got a tracking number.
