    Hi!

If you guys try a lower resolution other than the native, does the resolution look fine?

I tried using other lower resolutions and all look rather fuzzy, washed out, and not right in many ways!

And who makes your Dell's WUXGA screen.

    Mine is a Samsung 3155

That is correct, when I play a game at a lower resolution and exit I can sometimes see the desktop at the lower resolution and it does look a bit fuzzy. But that could be because I was exiting from a game and didn't have windows set at that resolution. At 1920x1200 it is crystal clear though and I wouldn't want to run it at anything else.

no anything other than native resolution is going to be fuzzy looking. If you dont like small text get a smaller native res, dont spring for 1920x and then turn it down. Its unbareable to look at.

Yeah, anything below native resolution on my i9300 looks pretty bad in my opinion. But I LOVE the native resolution, so I never change it.

I don't mind the native resolution, is just that I got one of those grainy, sparkling screens and I decided to lower the resoution to see if it would help.

I wansn't too sure about the fuzzy effect when using lower resolutions so I decided to ask.

Prior to this WUXGA 1720, I had another 1720 with a WXGA 1440 X 900 screen and the quality was perfect.

What type of screen do you guys have?

My SEC3155 seems to be fine, but the only thing I've got to compare it to is my 6 year old 15" TFT screen.
