    Hi,

I purchased Microsoft Office Basic Edition 2003 with my E1405. When I got the computer, I uninstalled the software and never activiated it (I already had the software on an old computer which I deleted and installed on my new 1405). I would like to sell the unopened, never activated software. It says Dell on the COA...does this mean it can only be run on a dell or is it compatible with other computers? Is this considered OEM software? (It does not say OEM on the CD Case anywhere).

    Thanks for your input.

    Janice

It will run on any other PC and it is not branded in any way specific to a Dell so feel free to sell it.
