So I had my lojack cd shipped to me but they shipped it to my old address and got lost int he process. I called Dell and they told me that I can download the program online as long as I have the cd key which they conveniently do not know, but claim it is on the invoice that I never received. Is it on your invoices? Cuz if it is, I can just request an invoice instead of arguing for them to send another lojack.
