    Simple question.

I opted for the 4 year complete care package and was curious if it covers a battery or not.

I would get out my paperwork but it's currently buried in boxes. I could, but is there another area online I could check?

I already tried to see it on the website under my service tag, but it just says the amount of days left on the warranty and not the actual warranty itself.

    Anyone?

Ah dang so even with the purchase of the complete 4 year care it's only covered under the first year? Sucks. I can't even do the bios upgrades!

You seem knowledgeable about all this, so I will ask some more questions!

I'm sending my notebook to the depot tomorrow and they are going to try to fix all the problems with it.

After multiple part replacements, I'm a little weary of getting this notebook back again. I believe I will request a new system exchange if they return it and it doesn't work well again.

With that I assume will come new battery and adapter, yes?

Also, what will be my replacement? Specs in signature.

You will get an upgraded model.... as in a new computer with a new battery.

    I just got my 6400 (or e1505) replaced... I'm getting a Studio 1555....

No, replacement systems are refurbished unless they are sent within the 21 day return period. I just got a refurbed Studio 1555 to replace the 1535 that I bought new in September. The battery does seem good as new, though.
