Well, you should have paid 10 bucks for it when you bought your pc if you wanted it, BUT usually they will send you a free disk if you say you forgot or something.

I got mine because I had an issue and they wanted me to re-install windows, which I wasn't to happy. The keeping my setup>disk.

    Get:
    1. Dell Media Experience
    2. Sonic Digital Media c7 LE and My DVD LE
    3. Cyberlink power dvd

At least, those are the ones I requested, I already had my OS software.

Oh, and the most important one! the AOL disk! FREE 1000hours! what a deal! -_-

YES! I finally got my CD's in the mail today! I was in the shower and my mom told me that they were on the front porch. Man, it took one month to get here too (USA). Dell can be a handle especially through email. They first delivered my CD's to someone else in another state. I'm gonna go look at SG's guide and hopefully everything works out great!

Just wondering, sorry to be off topic here but in my email Dell also said I would be getting a wireless mouse. Here is part of my email.
"I am writing this in reference to the interaction that we had regarding the replacement order for the wireless mouse."

I never ordered or asked for a wireless mouse. Will I be getting a free mouse then? They just gave me a order number and that was it. I emailed them again asking for a tracking number but they said that has not been generated yet.
