I got my brand new Dell Inspiron 6000 couple of days ago and i have some questions about the Ati graphics card. I tried to play Pro Evolution Soccer 5 and while the game plays fine and fast in all resolutions available (biggest is 1280 x 800) i see some distrortion in the graphics (at any resolution and quality). Something like a wave starts at the bottom of the screen and goes up until it disappears. It does this when there is fast changes in graphics (like a fast shoot, or a player is running). I haven't noticed any similar problem in windows or when playing a dvd. I have the 128MB Ati Mobility Radeon and i was sure it could handle the game. I also have the WSXGA screen.

Another thing i want to ask is where can i get the latest drivers for this card apart from the dell site which hosts a version released in 9/05. I tried the ATI site but dell is not listed in the supported notebook manufacturers for Ati Mobility Radeon X300 drivers. I also tried the tool they provide to see if your system is compatible with their drivers and it says cannot install on this system!!!

    Thanks in advance!!!
