    i called Dell several times this week becuase i order on Dec1 and until now they still not ship my laptop. As far as i know, many people got their laptop already, DELL told me that they are out of stock of Creative ear phone MP630, is there any one has the same problems? i really doubt if thecreative ear phones are out of stock!!!!!!!!
    Different department give me different answer, that is very interesting!customer care said that the ear phone is out of stock, order modification department said that ear phone is in stock, the third time, customer care said the ear phone is in stock and the laptop is under testing stage, but i tried to call the automatic order status system, it said my order is in production.!
    I need someone help!!!!!!!!!!!!Thanks!!!
