    Do they have any anti-glare. sorry not a fan of glossy screens.

    If it does not state TrueLife(Dell's buzzword for a glossy screen), then it is a matte screen.

    Matte isn't fully anti-glare, a matte screen is the traditional dull LCD screens in most desktop LCD screens. There is a slight glare under a light but it's definately not as bad as a glossy type screen.
