My e1505 laptop currently has the intel pro wirless 3945abg card. And for the past few weeks, ive been hit with the Problems Apply Profile that seems to be a common problem from google searches and i have tried everything i can from disabling DEP to a fresh windows install using both service pack 2 and 3 as well as the lastest intel drivers and im still getting the profile error. Therefore, i am thinking of upgrading my wireless card since maybe the card is getting old and dying. I want to upgrade to an Intel 4965AGN card. However, the only issue i might have later is based on the pictures, the 4965 card:

Where do the connect the antenna wires, i assume it is 1 and 2 and i leave 3 alone? I know its a stupid newbie question, but my older 3945 card only had 2 connection for it so it was simpler

Yes, use "1" and "2". "3" is added for MIMO but you won't be able to use MIMO unless you add a third antenna. Your "N" speeds may not be up to par with only 2 antennas though.

Actually, I connected it to 1 and 3 as the middle one is supposed to be for the grey cord that is not included with the 1330 ):. However, you can connect them anyway you want and see what happens; I am sure it will not damage anything. Also, try seeing if there is a third wire somewhere in there as the n designation is supposed to work best with 3, if at all possible.
