    Quick Set Problem

    I have unstalled and reinstalled the dell quickset several times and everytime it loads it crashes and does the send error report thing, i cant get it working.
    Any suggestions

    Hmm, I haven't heard of that before. I don't know if this will work or not, but go to start-->run-->setup.exe -s

    It might be your installer giving you troubles. You can also try downloading it again and see if you get better results.

    where exactly is it causing problems at? Are you able to run the .exe file that you download with no trouble?

    ok so i open the file, it extracts the files and runs the setup, the setup runs and installs. It asks me if i want to have a large font, then it loads quickset in the background and then the send report windows opens.

    did you try uninstalling and reinstalling instead of installing over it?

    also, try uninstall, reg clean, reinstall

    can you post what the error is?
