My order has gone to Shipped and is currently In Transit. But I cannot get a service tag for it. The order history page shows my order, and all fields are filled in except for the service tag. I want to know if I got lucky and got an LG screen and not Samsung.
Also, I have tried the "Find My System Or Peripheral" and neither my proder number or my customer number pull anything up.
Anybody know a way to find the service tag?

Since you dont have a tracking number for it, changes are i doubt it will get delivery to you by tomorrow since i think the in transit messgae just means it is waiting for a shipping label

That too, but im looking for the service tag, so I can see what parts are in mine, specifically the screen since that seems to be a big issue. DO you already have your Tracking Number though?

However if i got thru the EPP site, i see my order and everything
but the EPP dont have the chat -
weird. dunno what to say man. im not even sure what the diff between the dell site and the epp site is
