    Hi.
    2 Quick Questions.

    How many USB ports are on the XPS M1530 and VOSTRO 1700.
    +
    How many HDMI ports come on the XPS M1530 and VOSTRO 1700 as STANDARD ?

    It's just that a Sales rep offered a Hdmi port as an upgrade and i thought there was already one on the XPS ?

    Just got my Vostro 1700 a couple of hours ago so I can tell you there are 5 USB ports (2 on the right, 2 on the back right and one on the back left) and no HDMI ports.

    Sucks about the lack of HDMI port!

    Edited: I thought there was an HDMI port standard on the M1530 too and there definitely isn't an option to upgrade to an HDMI port on the Vostro.

    1 HDMI on the 1530 on the left side...I think 1 is all you can get with it...

    Yeah I'm pretty sure you can only get one hdmi on the xps. The vostro can't have hdmi either so you were probably getting hosed.

    Thanks guys.

    After i turned down the CRAPPY offer from sales i did think i'd seen one on the XPS.

    They won't get away with that one again !!!!!
