    Hi,
I have an Inspiron 9300 and would like a spring green cover like what I see advertised on the newer laptops. I can't find one on Dell's site and there isn't anything similar I've seen on the cheaper aftermarket ones. Anyone know if it's possible to find one and if it would be compatible with my computer?

The new laptops have painted lids, they're not the quicksnap covers, I don't believe the quicksnaps are sold anymore on Dell.

You're best bet is to hawk all the auction sites if you want to find a quicksnap cover, and just keep an eye out. I know I tried to find one for a 9100 about a year ago for a friend's birthday, but only found a few XPS ones. Point being: they're going to be hard to find, but hopefully not impossible.

There are a few other options though, you can get laptop sized stickers for your 9300. Here are two links for the better companies out there:
    http://www.schtickers.com/
    http://www.skinit.com/

They should have 9300 stuff available still, as they're custom made to order.

NBR does have reviews of both products if you want to compare:
