Hi, I have a quick question regarding the RAM upgrades for these systems via the dell website. Does anyone know which memory options are 2 dimms, and which are 1 dimm? and Does anyone know how many slots that the notebooks contain (does upgrading from 1g to 2g mean that the initial fist gig must be 1 dimm in format?) Thanks and here are the options...

FREE!1GB Shared Dual Channel DDR2 SDRAM at 533MHz [Included in Price]

Almost always it is 2 sticks. Only when it is specified is it usually 1 DIMM.

The notebook contains 2 slots. So the 1GB will be 2x512MB.

    Hope this helps.
