Just upgraded my RAM on my dell Latitude D820 and i found out that it is only running at a clock speed of 333mhz...

why is this so when i bought 2 pieces of ddr2 667mhz ram at 1G each?

Dual-Channel so combined they are running at 667mhz, something like that.

So don't worry, it is running at 667mhz.

The DDR memories, the memory transfers two signals per clock. So the effective rate is twice the normal memory clock so 333x2=667 no worries here :) (Bit of marketing tricks here )

Woa so its fine if i see it saying that each module is running at 333 instead of its supposedly 667 eh?

DDR means Dual Data Rate, which means for every 1 clock pulse inputted, 2 clock cycles are implemented in the memory. 333 MHz inputted = 666-7 MHz internal.
