    No that's definetly the flamingo pink. The Crimson Red is a lot darker.

    I didn't think dell could make this design look stupid with colors but jet they did it again.... i think if they would have just leave the collors with the inspiron line....there arent many girls that like the tough design of the xps line...

    I personally like the pink... thinking about painting my vostro !

    Hence lighting of the keys of my phone is pink, currently trying to find shop to modifiy several of my electronic LEDs to pink. and I wear pink dressshirts

    I don't know about that. The chick market in electronics is huge! Pink is everywhere, mang! From iPods to cell phones, chicks are more techno-centric then ever. And dare I say, many are better at this stuff than a lot of dudes I know.

    It isn't just grown adults, but the tweens are a huge market and they will Paris-Hilton-ize anything!

    I bet the Flamingo Pink is a huge success. Mother's Day timing isn't an accident, either. It'll show up again in October for National Breast Cancer Awareness Month.

    ^Big ticket pink electronics (laptops, mp3 players, etc) dont sell well at all, especially for anyone over 18. Pink is only a decent seller for young teens and kids. There have been number of surveys/market research and only 10% of women want something that looks feminine. Pink is doing the opposite of what is intended and turning women off of buying products.

    Dude I'm a girl and I love the design.

    Then again... I've got the black XPS lol. Next choice would have been red, but that'd have gotten old after a while...

    I'm a girl, and I like the pink XPS color, but I much rather prefer my red XPS 1530 ;) :) :cool:
