Hi, I'm not really a computer literate type of person and I don't know a lot of terms and stuff. I was just wondering if it's possible to upgrade 2gigs of Ram on a Dell Inspiron 6000 and what "Kind" of Ram should I buy. Since I only have like 512mb of Ram and one time I got to like 100% I guess, I play games and stuff so yeah. I would really appreciate the help, Thanks. [Oh and If you're wondering why I still have this old machine is because I'm a student and my parents aren't going to get me a new one till I get Straight A's for like a year.]

Ok, thanks for that information, I really appreciate it. Now, can I also upgrade my HD?

Yes you can upgrade the hard drive too if you wish to have more capacity.
