    Hardware Malfunction
Call your hardware vendor for support.
    NMI :parity/Memory Parity Error
    System has halted

It is starting to bug me so what is up with it?

Does the error occur when running a specific program, or just randomly happen? If this happens consistently, and happens on a particular program, then it will more than likely be a software program causing.

There are already several threads about this error. Search this forum for "NMI :parity/Memory Parity Error".

I just skimmed threw all of them and none of them really gave an answer to the problem except getting new memory from Dell. If it happens again I might call.

Bad ram happens and it messes with system stability.

These days any newish computer should be rock solid. Apps may crash or hang, but I have not seen a BSOD in years, and I use laptops and homebuilt desktops.

If it seems to be happening in Firefox, reinstall it. Also, like count_schemula has mentioned, these sorts of errors are almost always caused by RAM. It really can mess with a system in all sorts of ways. Have you upgraded your RAM recently?
