Just a heads up to everyone that Dell has issued an XPS $200 of any XPS configured over $1,499. It's been well over a year since I've seen a coupon code on an XPS notebook. Hopefully this will help some out a little with the price.

Thanks for the heads up. I just ordered a M1330 today so i'll call tomorrow and see if they'll give me the $200 discount. If not i'll cancel and reorder.

Edit: I wonder if I can use this with my EPP discount?

    Thanks,
    Andrew

Is this coupon code the same thing as that $200 promotion for laptops that cost more than $1499?

I've been playing with Home, Small Business, EPP, and the direct store for the last hour and it seems to only work with the direct store and home/home office.

I also haven't been able to get a better deal using the coupon than what I can get with my EPP discount. So for the moment, it seems that the EPP discount is the best deal.

    Thanks,
    Andrew

Can someone verify if I can use that coupon with the student discount (4%)?

And will it work in addition to the gift card?

Yes you can use the coupon and get the gift cards. It's a promotion. My sales rep was very helpful and cancelled my order I placed on the 31st of Oct (the promotion started on the 1st of Nov) and resubmitted the order. Sure it backed up my delivery date but I can wait an extra 10 days for $200.

I submitted an inquiry as to wether or not the coupon can be used with the EPP plan. I should know something today.

As far as coupon stacking, that's not true. It all depends on the limitations of the coupon. I used a coupon for 10% off on my purchase that was stackable with all coupons and promotions. So really it all depends.
