This static read-only archive was pulled by NBR forum users between January 20 and January 31, 2022, in an effort to make sure that the valuable technical information that had been posted on the forums is preserved. For current discussions, many NBR forum users moved over to NotebookTalk.net after the shutdown.

    I hear people talking about Media Direct 3.1, yet I just talked to Dell and they said only 3.0 is available and that is what they just sent me. Can anyone give me a clue as to what is what? Thanks.

    I believe you're mistaken - there's Dell MediaDirect 3.0 and Dell Media Experience 3.1.
