Hello all,
I'm planning to buy a combination cable lock but would like your opinions from users with first hand experience on any particular model that fits securely/well into the "security slot" of the 1520's
My buddy let me borrow his targus defcon combo cable lock but it doesn't securely fit into the slot and wiggles around a bit, not totally engaging...i'm assuming with all the wiggling around I may inadvertantely change the lock combo and it'll get stuck like I've read happens sometime.
I was thinking of the kensington brand combo lock any personal experience with this particular model/brand?
You're suggestions would greatly be appreciated. Thank you all in advance.

They all fit the same. The lock hole is built on the Kensington Standard. If you buy a new lock, they come with sticky washers that allow you to adjust the depth of the lock, and can ensure a tight fit.

imo the kensington is the best they make a model that has nice thick rubber at the base of where it connects to your laptop me and my wife use them in our offices and the laptops still does not show any signs of wear at all there where almost all locks will leave marks or chew up the plastic on your laptop.. we bought them all from amazon.
