Dell, your most loyal customers including me wish you would switch to Centrino 2 on all your current mainstream laptops like the XPS, Inspiron, and Studio. Why do you still charge high, particularly for the Studio 15/17 line, when it is all old hardware?

Please Dell, you offer coupons for XPS and Inspiron laptops and desktops, why not Studio? This is dissapointing and you should consider it. I like to have new components at great prices. Your competitors already have Centrino 2 platform in their computers, why not you? Your greatest loss of customers is not being ready for new hardware, and if new, severely delayed and the pricing is not all that reasonable.

Please make your mind up if ou want to be #1 again or stay behind the rest of the competition.

You will probably have a better chance for Dell to listen to you if you make a cause in Dell's support forum and get a lot of people to rally up around it.

Dell, I bought you laptops my entire life. One exception when I got a very well priced Asus.

And now, after just selling off my XPS M1330, I can say I will not be purchasing another Dell any time soon. Never again unless you get your act together.

Dell sure isn't doing themselves any favors by not releasing new notebooks. The new ones better be amazing when they finally do appear.

There is barely any performance gains with montevina. I just got an almost fully loaded Studio 17 with one step down on the processor and I did not chose the LED screen, for $1074. That is like highway robbery. I don't see the big problem.
