Finaly after reading lot of post and debating between XPS1530 and XPS1330 I have finally decided to go for XPS1330 please advise me as to what should I get ?
    1) Vista Home Premium or Vista Ultimate ?
    2) LCD screen or LED screen (by the way how is the picture quality of VGA camera that comes with LED screen)?
    3) Processor: T9300 is this good?
    4) Built in wireless USB capability plus Belkin 4 port hub is this any good?
    5) Memory: 3 gb or 4 gb
Please advice If I have left anything.

    1. HP
    2. Toss a coin.
    3. Yes.
    4. Don't know why you would need all those USB ports but whatever floats your boat.
    5. 1 GB, upgrade later. www.newegg.com

If you're picky about your screen and/or care to maximize your battery life, I'd go for the LED screen. It consumes less power (though I'm not sure how significant the power saving is) and is less susceptible to the "graininess" crapshot you get with the conventional LCDs.

Also, while the T9300 is a pretty damn powerful processor you will probably not need all that computing power depending on what you do.

I also don't like bluetooth or wireless USB too much, but personal preference there.

The VGA camera allows you to take pics upto 640x480 and by no means it is great in quality. But, for me it is sufficient for all practical purposes.

I hate webcams. Like, I'd take a knife and stab it in the <s>eye</s> lens. I have teh LED screen and a 9 cell battery - general browsing and stuff gives me about 4 hours of battery <s>love</s> life. The T9300 is an amazing proc - if you can afford it, then get it. Easy peasy. Everything else do as Lithus says. Oh and Home Premium doesn't have remote desktop, but I don't know if you'll ever need that, so why care.

Next-Gen Mini-card or Dell 1395 802.11g. Is one better then other?
Vista Ultimate 32bit is it any better then Vista Home premium?
Built in wireless USB capability! How does it work?
