    ordered a m1530 (40% off deal) on the 4/22 with 3-5 day standard shipping

    ESD: 4/30
    EDD: 5/5-5/7

    Dell ended up shipping out on 4/27 and it is scheduled to be delivered today :D (4/29) gotta love how the weekend/weekdays are timed


    Also, i ordered a backpack/carryingcase and a ethernet switch on 4/25. package shipped out on the 26th, and arrived yesterday (with the backpack missing! >:O) so i called them up last night and the rep apologized and had the backpack sent out overnight (delivery today also) :D

    on top of it all.. i got an LG DW306 xD

    this kind of service makes me want to get another dell in the near future

    Glad everything worked out for you, still waiting for mine. Dell says that it's in the boxing state but apparently it's gonna take 20+ days to box a laptop since the estimated ship date's 5/21. Did you keep track of your system, I'd like to know how long each step actually takes :D?

    i only found out about the specific tracking steps after it got to the boxing stage :p.. by the time i called, there was about 2 days for boxing before it shipped out

    i'd say that your estimated shipping date is off by quite a bit :D hope you get it soon :)

    Lol, you're right, called dell today and was told that it was shipped. Should arrive tomorrow.

    If you got next day shipping, yes; if you got standard, they say 3-5 days, but it's more like 3 (it depends on how far you live from the distribution).
