I called Customer Service today on the first day they were open since my purchase..

I explained to the guy I had a rebate at the time of purchase but it wasnt accepted even though it fit the requirements of my purchase.. I asked if I could attach a rebate over the phone now...

He said he could not do anything to help me and that rebates are only able to be applied at the time of the order... At this point I clarified my inability to apply the rebate, it didnt persuade him at all...

Anyone have this problem and come out on top?

On a positive note, my notebooks been shipped?

why did you order it if the rebate did not go through? You should have done it over the phone once you saw it would not work online

I would of done it over the phone, accept all the phone services were unavailible at the time, and weren't re-availible til Monday, and I called today..

    No dice....

    Called 3x actually...

    I'll be writing them :)
