    Well, this is strange...

I rebooted my M1330 here and upon logging back in, no sound. "No audio output device is installed."

I've reinstalled the drivers a few times. No dice. I've powered off and on. No dice.

    Any ideas? :)

Open up device manager, is there a device with a question mark under "other devices"?

Negative. The device shows up and is identified as the Sigmatel HD sound device, but Windows says it was unable to start the device.

I've reinstalled the drivers several times with no luck. :(
