Seems well built, good screen, quiet HDD. A bit heavier than I had expected and the battery juts out at the back.
Much smaller than my 15.4 monstor - and thats what I wanted. Keyboard has some flex in it but seems fine otherwise.
Battery lasts for maybe 2.5 hours with WLAN and bluetooth on [and in power saving mode]. Just about fair IMO. It lasted less than two hours first time and next it lasted 2.5 - Can I expect this to increases with the first few charge/discharge cycles?
Satin black finish VERY prone to finger prints etc but looks and feels nice.
Bluetooth works much better than in my previous laptop with regard to mouse - no dropped connections etc which had plagued me so much with the same mouse and earlier laptop that I had switched back to USB wireless mouse.
Question - the optical drive makes quite a bit of noise when reading a DVD - is this normal? My earlier ones did too but not this much.
Thanks to all for the help in the last month when I was deciding to buy.

How about some pictures and also what do you think about the over all build (How is the screen protection, any flex, and keyboard comfort)? =)

Will post pics tomorrow. Build looks better than my previous three laptops but OTOH they were all Acer - so not a great benchmark. I have not really used a lenovo buut this is probably as good as my friends Vaio.
