I ordered an m11x and the keyboard is not full size enough for me to use to type on all day.

Will they charge me a restocking fee?

The other thing I noticed is the LCD plastic is actually touching the keys which is going to be quite bad for day to day use for me. I had read some of the reviews and hoped mine would not be like that. Hinges open up excessively when tipped vertically. Charging port on the rear is a bit loose. Only powered on and installed microsoft office.

There are already scratches on the LCD which I couldn't see in the low light I had before.

There are lots of scratches vertical and horizontal and this laptop has not been carried anywhere. I wonder if they used a refurbished plastic LCD protector?

I'm told I am a liar by 2 of their tech support people and the keyboard can NOT touch the display, because there are 2 rubber feet. I can't even slide a piece of paper between the screen and keyboard without a lot of friction. But I'm a liar. When I directly asked if that is what they were saying they told me "No." It just can't happen :|

After way to much time on the phone they have agreed to take it back. I am told that I will not receive my money back until it has reached the warehouse and then it will take another 20-30 business days to have my money refunded.... seriously? Does it really take 20-30 business days to get my money back? School starts on July 12th.

They are most likely going to charge a restocking fee because it's not broken and you made the decision to return it. Had it been broken, they would have taken it back for free. You ordered a netbook and don't like the keyboard ... it should go without saying that a netbook is going to have a small keyboard

I think the 20-30 days is more of a buffer thing. I returned a system and got the money back a day or two after they received it at the warehouse.

I have no problems paying the fee to return it. Thought it might be full size like the x201 . Not a big deal. Did not enjoy how I was treated and talked to.
