Does anyone know of any good tech reps who can handle my situation, the current guy i am talking to is not giving a solution or offering to help. If anyone has an extension of someone i can call who knows would help that would be awesome! Im in need of a replacement.

Honestly, I think your better alternatives would be to ask to speak with the Rep's Supervisor. And, if you don't get anywhere that way ~ your next step would be the Unresolved Issues Route.

I have found being firm & polite with the Reps seem to help, as using the same :context: in my format in the Unresolved Issues form in the past!
