Does anyone know of any good tech reps who can handle my situation, the current guy i am talking to is not giving a solution or offering to help. If anyone has an extension of someone i can call who knows would help that would be awesome! Im in need of a replacement.

    Thanks

We are not allowed to publicly give out "Contact Information" on the forum, sorry (it's against forum rules).

Honestly, I think your better alternatives would be to ask to speak with the Rep's Supervisor. And, if you don't get anywhere that way ~ your next step would be the Unresolved Issues Route.

    Here: Dell Unresolved Issues

    Note:
If you have ALREADY contacted Dell with a support issue AND have a case number or reference number, please select an option below. You can expect an e-mail from Dell within one business day, between 8 am - 5 pm CST, Monday - Friday (excluding holidays). **

I have found being firm & polite with the Reps seem to help, as using the same :context: in my format in the Unresolved Issues form in the past! ;)

    Good luck!
