Hey peeps, hows it going? I'm new to this forum so I just want to thank anyone helping me in advance. I play poker for a living and my computer is my biggest tool. I will try my best to contribute to this forum, this site is really well put together.
I just reformatted my computer(Dell Inspirion E1705) with a healthy copy of Windows XP SP2(pirate version, perfect very clean copy though) and I'm having early problems getting everything setup.
After installing it, I ran all the need drivers I believe.
So far
After my first reboot, I get a cli.exe error when I boot up which is some kind of ATI error which Im not really worried about, I dont think its related to my other problems.
I downloaded Vuze(Torrent Client) but first I had to Enable Windows Installer and after I downloaded it and went to run it I get a Java(also downloaded newest version)
error EXCEPTION_ACCESS_VIOLATION (0xc0000005) at pc=0x4ece3cac, pid=2948, tid=3024
I've looked everywhere and cant figure out what it is.
Next
I downloaded Bodog Poker and when I run it I instantly get a Microsoft Client Application Error.
However, Full Tilt Poker,UltimateBet, PokerStars, AIM, ITunes, and some other programs all work fine.
I'm not sure what the problem is here, I cant find anything anywere about that error and Bodog not working but all the other programs working makes no sense.
