    Reinstall CDs with Dell Education store

    Does anyone know if Dell includes the reinstall CDs with the Dell Education store? There was no option for it in the "Customize It" area or for that Symantec PC Restore partion

    What system are you looking at?

    I just went to the educational site, and saw the option to get the discs on the 9400 and 6400 systems. When I clicked on customize, the option to send the discs was in the 3rd section.

    The reinstall option is on the 3rd page? No wonder I didnt see it, I was used to finding it on the first page like on Dell Home & Small Biz

    I think there is only 1 page with the educational. On the systems that i looked at, it was on the 3rd customize section from the top. It is right after the Operating System choice.


    I wish dell would be consistent throughout their site.
