I recently replaced my vista home basic with Windows XP Pro. I tried reinstalling media direct 3.0, however it says that I already have it installed onto my computer. My media direct button does not work either.

    How can I fix this?

    Thanks in advance :)

I completed the repair procedures, however when I turn on my laptop, I receive the following message:

Loading PBR for descriptor 2... done.

    BOOTMGR is missing
    Press Ctrl+Alt+Del to restart

When I restart.. the same message comes up.

    What do I do??
