Hi there. Just a 14r today. Tried to remove all the stickers from the front but two of them left behind residue. i've read about alot of possible things i can do like use alcohol or goo be gone or whatever that stuff is called. i love the brushed aluminum stuff on the palm rest - not sure what material is but i would be super sad if i ruined the finish or color.

what should i use to remove the residue?

    thanks!!!!

Alcohol's generally the safest bet, but also the substance with the least "kick". Goo Gone works pretty well too, but often leaves just as nasty a residue as the stuff you just got off. A combo, GG to alcohol, is probably safe.

Goo Gone leaves like an orange scent behind...

    I would try alcohol first.

thanks - i happened to have an alcohol wipe and although it took awhile, i got it all off. i was really worried it would mess things up.
