Just installed Vista 64bit with all the drivers and everything, took about 2 hrs. Now I come to find out that during the initial repartitoning, that my data partition (225 gb) is not showing up. I wasn't able to format it at the time of partitioning, is that why it isn't showing up???

I'm about to pull out my hair because I think I just waited two hours for nothing.

During the install, it looked like this

    C:/ Drive 75gb
    D:/ Drive 224 Unallocated
    Media Direct/ 3gb

The option to "format" the D:/ was greyed out, so I'm guessing it's wasted space now until I reformat, correct?

Also, does anyone else find that their laptop lid does not sit flush? The left side sits flush on mine whereas the right side has a gap.

Right click on my computer > manage > Disk managment
There you should see your unallocated partition. Right clicn on it and format.
