I have replaced my dell 1420 screen and inverter and now my screen is very dim. I have read other places that it could be the F1 fuse, but this is located on the power inverter and I have tried about 3 or 4 new inverters. If anyone has any idea on what I can do it would be greatly appreciated.

    Thanks

Also this is the reason why I replaced the screen to start. This is doing exactly what the original screen was doing.

    Thanks Again

hum...the most efficient way to diagnostic this would be to have a known-good motherboard or known-good screen...
