    Okay..so I had screen issues and the keyboard was in french..etc bla bla

    anyways..3 weeks later (today) purolater sends me a new laptop.

    what do i do with the old one? no dell person has contacted me or anything.

    Did you get a return pre-paid sticker in the box with the new laptop? Mine was in the packing slip plastic thing on the box.

    If you didnt get a prepaid label, a Dell CSR will be contacting you within a day or so to assist with the return. If that doesn't happen, go ahead and call customer service. It is your responsibility to get the defective unit dispatched from your location within 15 days of reciept. Otherwise, you may be billed for it.
