so i ordered a belkin messenger bag along with my xps 1530 at 6/6. and my laptop came but my bag didnt so i decided to email dell. they said the bag has been lost in transit and will send a replacement. now, for the replacement order, do i get some kind of tracking for it? cause they didnt give me any kind of tracking or any kind of order number.

From the Order Status page on the Dell Website, you can track an order once its Status is "Shipped". I can't really give you exact instructions since the US and Canadian Dell Website are a little different.

but the replacement order isnt even in the order status. my old order that got lost is there though. -
You can try to email Dell to get the new Order number. With that number you can add it to your Recent Order list.
