When Dell sends a new "replacement system" for a just received notebook that has issues do they charge your card again for the replacement and credit the original when they receive it back or just leave the original charge and not charge for the replacement? (when sending back the original after receiving the replacement).

They don't charge you unless you do not return the defective notebook within 10 days after you receive your new system.
