Hi,
Has anyone here have any experience with getting their laptops replaced withini the 30 days guarantee? Apparently, if you're unsatisified with your laptop, you can call in and they will send you a replacement (brand new)... I just called in before to get mine replaced... but im a little confused to how it works.. First i spoke with tech support about my problem... they gave me a case number for a replacement.. and then transferred me to customer service to put the replacement request out. The customer service rep however told me that the request was made.. and they will contact me within 24-48 hours to give me an order number. Is this how it works? Am i ordering something?
anyway... when/if the replacement comes... and i'm unsatisfied with it, do i have to keep it? or can i send it back and keep my old one?
THANKS!!

if u are unsatisfied with ur replacement, just cell em up and ask for another replacement. I had to go through 2 replacement systems until I got a system that I was satisfied with. Just request replacement systems until u get a satisfying one. Or, you can just request an return and get ur money back.
EDIt: Ask for somekind of credit or store credit as a compensation for the wait time of the replacement and for ur dissatifaction. -
Will they still send me Brand New machines as replacements even if I'm over the 30 days satisfaction guarantee?
