    I am looking to replace the battery on my Inspiron 1520. I would greatly prefer to buy an OEM one rather than something of dubious quality that may explode from China.

    I am considering buying from www.discountelectronics.com, as they have a refurbished 9-cell for a decent price ($69).

    I am wondering if anyone has experience with ordering from this retailer.. or if I ought to avoid buying a refurbished battery in the first place?
